Kaden's Shinner!

As if I needed another reason to prove to me that I need to be home taking care of the kids.....Okay, I was home when this happened but still. Kaden had a sleepover with three friends. They decided to go outside at 11:00 at night to ......uh be boys. For some reason a girl can not understand, they got into a rock fight and Kaden was hit in the eye with a rock. That is the story we were given, anyway. So my son has his second shinner and a very good life lesson. YOU DON'T SNEAK OUT OF THE HOUSE TO HAVE A ROCK FIGHT! DUH! Needless to say, I don't think we will be having any sleepovers for awhile.

More pics at the mall

So here are a few more pics of our day at the mall. Khale was so good. I need to get that little girl out more :) I am so glad I am not working anymore! Oh wait, I didn't post about that did I? Well, it was very short lived...about 2 weeks. But in that time Khale became deathly sick....she got a horrible diaper rash (and she has NEVER had one before.......Kyle nearly lost his job...........and I almost had a nervous break down. It was a disaster! It was just impossible to work when you have no support system. I was driving 45 minutes to and from work everyday, which left Kyle to drop the baby off at daycare and pick her up. Anyway, long story short, the baby became too sick to go to daycare. Kyle couldn't miss work and I was in my 90 day probationary period so when I called to say I couldn't come in, they got angry and I quit! I did not appreciate my Mother-in-law nearly enough. I know I didn't appreciate her enough but it definitely holds true when you are out here trying to go it alone. So I will stay home and take care of my family. That is where they need me :)

Khale sees the Easter Bunny!

We weren't sure how the visit would go because she did not take to Santa Clause but we talked up the big bunny all day. We told her if she sat on his lap she could ride the train at the mall right after. So imagine my surprise when she walked right up and sat on the Easter Bunny's lap and smiled and said "cheese". Very cool. I finally got a decent picture with a Holiday Character. It was a good day. So Happy Easter everyone!

Karson's Birthday Party

I wanted to post a few pictures of Karson's birthday party! She had a Luau sleepover party and it went great. We celebrated a little late because the high school was doing Beauty and the Beast and Karson wanted to take her friends. So we played four square and limbo and a few other games, then went to the musical and then came home for the sleepover and more games. It was good times. We didn't order a cake because I got it in my head I could decorate the cake she wanted. It turned out okay. At least it stood up :0) So Happy Birthday to Karson....again.

Also.....don't forget to watch Khale on TV tonight. We are so excited!

Khale Made it!

We got the call today! Khale's poopy video will air on AFV this Sunday. Check your local listings and watch for my little princess. A super star before her second birthday. How fun!

Today is Karson's 10th Birthday! I can't believe she is 10. When did the time go by? She had turned into such a great kid. I just wanted to take the time to wish my girl a Happy Birthday and to tell her how very special she is to me. Love, Momma
